About PixVerse: AI Video Generator

PixVerse is an AI video app built around the company's own V6 model, which makes clips of up to 15 seconds at 1080p with sound generated alongside the picture. One credit balance also covers templates, lip-sync, Vibe MV music videos and, on paid tiers, outside models such as Kling O3 and Sora 2. The free tier is thin: 30 daily credits that expire at midnight UTC, 540p output and a watermark.

PixVerse Review: Strong V6 Clips, Stingy Credits That Expire Daily

60 Starter Credits, Then 30 a Day That Expire at Midnight UTC

A new account starts with 60 credits and then receives 30 a day. The official pricing page says daily credits reset at midnight UTC and expire if unused, so free users cannot save up for a longer clip. Free output stops at 540p, carries a watermark and allows two generations at a time. Google Play reviewers from July and August 2026 complain that the daily grant was cut, while a September reviewer says watching ads and sharing videos still earns small top-ups. Several also note that an accidental tap on Create spends credits at once, since nothing can be previewed before the charge.

PixVerse V6: 15-Second 1080p Clips With Native Audio, Billed per Second

V6, launched on March 30, 2026, is the in-house model the app is built around. It produces clips of 1 to 15 seconds at 360p to 1080p, can split one prompt into several shots, and renders dialogue, effects and ambient sound together with the picture. The company says a 360p clip can arrive in about five seconds and 1080p in under a minute. Cost scales with every second: the developer's July 2026 V6 guide lists 1080p at 18 credits a second, or 23 with audio, so one 15-second take with sound costs 345 credits before any retry. Reviews call prompt adherence the weak spot, citing zooms added after being ruled out and faces drifting from the uploaded photo.

$10 to $199 a Month, Lapsing Plan Credits and No Refunds for Misses

On the web, Standard costs $10 a month for 1,200 credits every 30 days plus 60 a day, 720p output and no watermark or ads. Pro is $30 for 6,000 credits and 4K, Premium $60 for 15,000, and Ultra $199 for 25,000. Outside video models such as Seedance 2.5, Kling O3, Sora 2 and Grok Imagine 1.5 start at Pro. Apple's listing for PixVerse Lite shows an Elite plan at $5.99 a week or $49.99 a year. Plan credits lapse each cycle, while purchased packs never expire. The refund policy excludes unhappy results, used subscriptions and all credit packs. Prices vary by region, so check the current price in the app.

Face Data, Training Licenses and a Non-Commercial Default

The privacy policy says facial data pulled from uploaded photos serves only that generation, is never stored or shared, and is deleted once processing ends. Prompts and results are different: the terms give the Singapore operator, AIVORA Pte. Ltd., a perpetual license to use them in anonymized form for model training unless an opt-out is offered. Outputs belong to you but are limited to non-commercial use without a separate license. Play's Data safety section declares user IDs shared for advertising, and the app requests camera, microphone and phone-identity access. On iPhone it now ships as PixVerse Lite, while the original iOS app sits in open-ended maintenance. Reviewers report false moderation flags on ordinary photos that still cost credits.

Pros

  • V6 makes 15-second 1080p clips with dialogue and sound in one pass
  • Vibe MV turns an uploaded song into a music video with synced lyrics
  • Pro adds Kling O3, Seedance 2.5, Sora 2 and Grok Imagine 1.5
  • Mimic copies motion from a reference video onto your own character photo
  • Purchased credit packs never expire, unlike daily and monthly plan credits
  • Facial data from uploads is deleted after processing, per the privacy policy

Cons

  • Free tier: 30 daily credits that expire at midnight, 540p and a watermark
  • Off-prompt or failed generations still spend credits, and refunds exclude bad results
  • Play reviews report crashes, a lagging keyboard and ads interrupting prompt typing
  • Terms limit outputs to non-commercial use and license your content for model training

Verdict

We score it 6.4. V6 earns most of the points: 15-second 1080p clips with sound generated in the same pass, plus templates, Vibe MV and outside models such as Kling O3 and Sora 2. Monetisation costs the most: free credits expire daily, plan credits lapse and off-prompt retries are not refunded. Take it for template-driven social clips if you will pay for Standard or a credit pack. Skip it if you want a usable free daily allowance or commercial rights without paying.

Core function8.0V6 renders 15-second 1080p clips with native audio and Pro adds outside models, though prompt adherence slips.
Ease of use7.0One-tap templates and Mimic help beginners, but there is no preview before charging and typing lags.
Monetisation4.5Thirty expiring daily credits, a watermark and ads on free, lapsing plan credits and no refunds for misses.
Performance5.5The company quotes 1080p in under a minute, yet September 2026 Play reviews still describe crashes and freezes.
Privacy & permissions5.5Face data is deleted after processing, but user IDs go to advertising and content may train models.

Frequently asked questions

1

Is PixVerse free to use?

Only for light testing. The Basic plan gives 60 starter credits and 30 daily credits that expire at midnight UTC, with 540p output, a watermark and ads. Daily credits never accumulate, so a longer or sharper clip needs a paid plan or a credit pack, and credits bought in packs do not expire.

2

How long can PixVerse videos be?

A single V6 generation runs from 1 to 15 seconds at up to 1080p, with optional native audio and multi-shot direction. Endless Video Extension continues a clip from a description of the next scene, and Upscale raises video to 4K. Because V6 is billed per second, every extra second costs credits.

3

How much does PixVerse cost?

Web plans cost $10, $30, $60 and $199 a month for Standard, Pro, Premium and Ultra, or $96 to $1,788 billed yearly. Apple's PixVerse Lite listing shows Elite at $5.99 a week or $49.99 a year, and Google Play lists in-app items from $3.99 to $599.99. Prices vary by region and may change.

4

How do I cancel PixVerse and get a refund?

Cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or on the web Subscription page if you paid there; deleting the account does not stop billing, and deletion completes after five days. Refunds cover only unused subscriptions still in their term, never credit packs or disappointing results. Requests go to support@pixverse.ai with your account ID and receipt.

5

Is PixVerse better than Kling AI or AIReel?

For free use it beats AIReel, whose 100 points arrive only once, while PixVerse adds 30 credits daily. Kling AI's iPhone Standard plan costs the same $10 a month, and its Video Extension reaches three minutes. PixVerse's case is breadth: Kling O3, Seedance 2.5 and Sora 2 sit inside its Pro tier beside V6 and the templates.
