Best AI Video Generators on Mobile, Ranked
Every AI video app is free to install and metered from the first clip. What separates them is the meter: a daily allowance that resets, a monthly batc
AIReel is FunCreate Limited's Android app for generating short videos through other companies' models: its privacy policy names Kling AI, Vidu, Seedance, Wan, Hailuo AI and Grok, alongside the company's own AIReel 3.0. One points wallet covers them all. Clips run 15 to 16 seconds, or 30 with Extend. New accounts get 100 points once, and refunds stop after any points are spent.
Specs come from the official store listings and were last checked on 2026-10-01. Developers change pricing and requirements — check the store page before installing.
A new account receives 100 points once, and FunCreate's replies on Google Play still quote that figure in September 2026. After that, free users earn points through daily tasks, which include watching ads, and the developer says task points last one week. Ads belong to the free tier: in German and Korean replies the developer calls ad removal a subscriber benefit and says a points pack alone does not switch ads off. Several reviewers mistook the gift for a free trial; the developer says the points are the trial.
The main screen is a prompt box capped at 500 characters, with an Expand for Me button that rewrites rough ideas and five aspect ratios from 9:16 to 16:9. Behind it, the Play listing names Sora, Veo 3, Hailuo and Seedance 2.0, the website lists more than 20 models, and the privacy policy names six outside processors. Seedance 2.0 R2V, shown in the store screenshots, takes several photos and a video clip as references in one job. Clip length is the ceiling: the developer told a reviewer in April 2026 that videos run 15 to 16 seconds, and Extend stretches that to 30. Kling AI's own app advertises 15-second clips extendable to three minutes.
Google Play lists in-app items from $6.99 to $129.99 in the US, and the app sells weekly, monthly and annual plans plus point packs; the developer says the weekly plan carries 2,000 points. Plan points expire with each period and become invalid when a membership ends. Seedance 2.0 is reserved for the Plus tier, which explains reviews from annual subscribers who were still asked to upgrade. On the website, Lite at $13.99 a month gives 3,000 credits, described as up to 50 videos, on basic models only. Prices vary by region, so check the current price in the app. The most common complaint is an annual charge where buyers expected a week, and the developer refuses refunds once points are used.
The operator is FunCreate Limited, Hong Kong registration number 76104529, at Lee Garden One in Causeway Bay; support runs through a Gmail address, and the Play listing gives a +86 phone number. FunCreate has no current iPhone app, and a same-name App Store listing belongs to another developer. Uploads are deleted after processing, generated results are kept for up to 180 days, and prompts are not used to train foundation models without consent. Play's Data safety section declares no data shared with third parties, while the privacy policy sends prompts and uploads to providers including Kling AI and Hailuo AI. The terms set a minimum age of 16, or 18 in Brazil, though Google Play rates the app Teen. Filters differ by model, the developer says, and copyrighted characters are blocked even when a template suggests them.

We score it 5.5. The model list gives real breadth: Seedance 2.0 with multi-reference input, Kling, Vidu, Hailuo, Wan and Grok sit behind one wallet, and failed jobs refund their points. Monetisation pulls the score down: 100 one-time points, ads for free users, Plus-only Seedance, lapsing points and refunds refused after use. Take it to compare many video models on an Android phone for a week. Skip it if you want daily free generations, clips over 30 seconds or an iPhone app.

Only partly. A new account receives 100 points once, and Play reviewers say that covers about one short clip. After that, free users earn points through daily tasks, including watching ads, and the developer says those points expire after a week. Ad-free use, watermark-free output and Seedance 2.0 need a paid plan.
A single clip runs 15 to 16 seconds, according to the developer's reply on Google Play in April 2026, and the Extend function lengthens it to 30 seconds. Prompts are capped at 500 characters, and the text-to-video screen offers five aspect ratios: 9:16, 3:4, 1:1, 4:3 and 16:9.
Google Play lists in-app items from $6.99 to $129.99 in the US, and the developer says a weekly plan includes 2,000 points. On the website, Lite costs $13.99 a month for 3,000 credits and Pro $34.99 for 10,000. Prices vary by region, so check the current price in the app.
Cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions; the terms warn that uninstalling does not necessarily cancel it, and app purchases follow Google Play's refund rules. The developer refuses refunds once any points are used, and plan points become invalid when the membership ends. Refund requests go to the support email on the Play listing, with account ID and order number.
For free use, no: Google Flow gives 50 credits every day for Veo 3.1 Lite clips, against a one-time 100 points here. Kling AI's own app extends clips to three minutes. The case for AIReel is breadth, with Seedance, Vidu, Wan, Hailuo and Grok models behind one wallet; Grok AI offers Grok Imagine straight from xAI.
