Standard delivery is free above $29 on most days and above $15 on Sundays, Thursdays and a first order; below $15 it costs $3.99. Express runs $12.90, or $7.90 over $139. The US shipping page we checked on 1 October 2026 put 77.1% of standard orders inside seven business days and 79.23% of express orders inside six. Items tagged Local ship from a US warehouse; the rest come from abroad and take longer. Third-party Marketplace sellers can set other thresholds, and cancelling one item can push an order under the line and restore the fee. A late parcel earns 500 points under the free On-Time Delivery Service; a missing one must be reported within 45 days. Fees change, so check the app.

One Free Return per Order, Then $6.99 Each Time

Most items can go back within 30 days of delivery, and the first return from any order is free under a fair-use policy: the app issues a QR code for a Happy Returns or USPS drop-off, so no printer is needed. A second return from the same order costs $6.99, deducted from the refund, so it pays to pack everything into one parcel. Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, clearance items and free gifts are final sale, and the original shipping fee is never refunded. Refunds go to the card or the in-app Wallet after a warehouse quality check; faulty items can be reported up to 90 days after ordering.

The paid membership takes 5% off non-sale items, adds periodic shipping coupons and pays Credit Rewards into the Wallet, capped at $50 a day and $500 per 31 days; the credits expire 31 days after they land. Plans run 93 or 372 days at whatever price the sign-up screen shows, which varies by region. A 31-day introductory plan, where offered, upgrades itself to a 93-day auto-renewing plan unless cancelled, and once three weekdays pass, the fee comes back only if no benefit has been used. The Club box can be ticked inside checkout, and a May 2026 Play review describes a recurring charge added that way by mistake.

SHEIN Points: 1 per Dollar, Capped at Half the Order

Points sit under My Assets, in My Points. The US terms pay 1 point per dollar of a product's listing price, but only after you confirm delivery, and nothing if that comes more than six months after ordering; tax and shipping earn nothing. Verifying an email adds up to 100 points, a review pays 5, rising to 17 with a photo and size details, and the Check-In program adds more. Points can cover at most 50% of the product total, never shipping or tax, skip some Marketplace items and expire on set dates. A return claws back earned points pro rata, which can push the balance below zero. The two most-upvoted English Play reviews, with 16,307 and 13,661 helpful votes, say the card price rises at checkout.
