Limit Zero Breakers Wraps Its Frontier Test: Chapter 3, Six Raids
Limit Zero Breakers' closed Frontier Test ended on September 13 at 7:00 p.m. PDT after five days on Steam, iOS and Android, according to publisher NCS

Slime Rancher on a phone is the complete Monomi Park game for one price — $8.99 on the App Store and $7.99 on Google Play when we checked — with no ads and no in-app currency. Playdigious ported it on May 26, 2026 with a touch interface, cloud saves and three modes: Adventure, Casual and Rush. The two limits are hardware and controllers: iOS 18 or Android 10 as the floor, 1.1 GB on iPhone, and pad support restricted to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Xbox controllers.
Specs come from the official store listings and were last checked on 2026-09-17. Developers change pricing and requirements — check the store page before installing.
There is no free version. Google Play sold the game at $7.99 and the App Store at $8.99 on the day we checked — a pre-registration price of $7.49 ran before the May 26, 2026 launch, according to a Play reviewer who paid it — and neither store shows an advertising badge or a currency. You play Beatrix LeBeau on the Far, Far Range, vacuuming slimes into the vacpack, penning them in corrals, feeding them from gardens and coops, and selling their plorts on the Plort Market or filling daily orders on the Range Exchange to expand the ranch. Adventure Mode is the original pacing, Casual Mode removes the pressure, and Rush Mode is a timed money challenge. The Dry Reef, Moss Blanket and Indigo Quarry are all in, hybrid slimes included. Prices are regional and the two stores already differ.
Playdigious rebuilt the interface for a thumb: a virtual stick, a vacpack trigger, slot buttons for the four slime tanks and a jump — a May 2026 Play review with 30 helpful votes calls the touch controls the surprise of the port. Controller support is the asterisk: the Play listing states compatibility only with PS4, PS5 and Xbox controllers, and that same reviewer's complaint is that a Backbone grip does not work yet. Cloud saves move progress between Android devices and Google Play Games achievements are wired in. What is not in the port is any multiplayer, because the base game never had one — Slime Rancher is a solo ranching sim, and the phone version keeps it that way.
The requirements are steeper than the art suggests: the App Store build asks for iOS 18.0 and 1.1 GB, Google Play sets Android 10 as the floor, and the current Android build is 1.1.1103, updated in July 2026. Three months in, the port has the best numbers of any Playdigious game we have checked — 4,240 reviews at 4.8 on Play with over 10,000 installs, and 1,611 App Store ratings at 4.8 — and the top reviews come from people who owned it on console and call the phone version the same game. A July 2026 review with 13 votes sums up the audience: a cozy life sim in your pocket, worth the money. Google's data-safety card declares no data collected and none shared with third parties. The absence to note is the sequel: Slime Rancher 2 remains PC and console only, so this is the only official slime ranching on a phone.

An 8.2 for a premium port done properly: the whole game, one price under $9, no shop behind it, and touch controls the reviews actually like. Take it if you want a cozy single-player sim on a phone and have an iPhone on iOS 18 or an Android 10 device. Skip it if you play with a Backbone or another non-console controller, if you wanted Slime Rancher 2, or if you need a multiplayer ranch — this one never had one.
Nothing in it needs a connection except cloud saves: it is a single-player ranching sim with no ads, no live events and no multiplayer, and cloud saves between Android devices are the only online feature Playdigious lists. The 1.1 GB install carries the whole Far, Far Range, so a flight is fine.
No. It is a paid app — $7.99 on Google Play and $8.99 on the App Store when we checked, after a $7.49 pre-registration price before the May 26, 2026 launch — with no in-app purchases, no currency and no advertising badge on either store. The price is the entire cost. Prices vary by region and the two stores already differ.
iOS 18.0 or newer with 1.1 GB free, or Android 10 or newer. The iOS floor is the strict one: iOS 18 excludes the iPhone X, 8 and older, so check the Settings app before buying a game with no trial. Controllers work only if they are PS4, PS5 or Xbox pads; Backbone-style grips were unsupported as of May 2026 reviews.
No. Slime Rancher has never had co-op or online play on any platform, and the mobile port keeps it single-player. Cloud saves let one player carry the same ranch between Android devices, which is the closest thing to a shared feature. Slime Rancher 2, which is also single-player, is not on phones.
Adventure Mode is a long, self-paced campaign of ranch expansion and exploration across the Dry Reef, Moss Blanket and Indigo Quarry, played in sittings of any length because slimes wait. Rush Mode compresses it into a timed money challenge, and Casual Mode removes the threats for a slower run. There are no daily timers pulling you back; the daily requests are in-game days.
