Maleo of Surabaya made Bus Simulator Indonesia into one of the most downloaded simulators on Android, and BUSSIN moves the formula across the water: a garage of Indian coaches, city streets and highways, crowded traffic, the iconic horn library — telolet-style melodies included — and the two features that keep the Indonesian game alive, a livery editor to paint your own bus and a full mod system that imports your own 3D models. Around the driving sit drivers to hire, a cloud save, a leaderboard and multiplayer convoy and race modes. The reviews agree the base is right — a September 15, 2026 Play four-star calls the graphics, interface and controls top notch, an August 5 five-star with 19 votes calls the controls smooth and easy — and rated Everyone and 4+, the audience is broad. Android needs 7.0; the iOS build, released September 3, 2026, is 892 MB on iOS 15 with Apple Silicon Macs supported, English only.

The Most-Voted Reviews Want Jams, Narrow Lanes and a Bus That Stays Upright

The criticism is unusually constructive and unusually unanimous. The most-voted review, April 17 with 57 votes, says the game is very good and lists what would make it next level: more routes with cities and highways, crowded marketplaces, railway stations, small roads and narrow lanes, mountain and forest routes, heavy and realistic traffic where other vehicles stop after an accident and some overtake, faster and livelier other vehicles, and better bus stability. The August 5 review asks for more cities, longer routes, more buses, driver hands on the wheel and railway crossings. The September 15 review names the flaw plainly: too little traffic — cruising a big highway gets boring — and asks for an Ultimate Traffic option with the jams and unusual overtakes of real Indian roads. Version 1.0.1 on Android dates from April 28 with minor fixes; the listing promises new buses, maps and features from player feedback. Five million installs, 47,100 reviews at 4.1.

Ads That Stay Out of the Cab, and Nothing to Buy

The economy is Maleo's usual and the listing states it: no intrusive ads while driving. Both stores carry an advertising badge — Apple flags Advertising and nothing else, with Usage Data linked to you as the tracking note — and neither shows an in-app purchase badge; there is no currency, no premium bus for money and no subscription, which for a five-million-install simulator is rare. Google's data-safety card lists nothing collected or shared. Progress is the in-game rupees earned per route, seen in the garage as a hire cost for drivers and a price for buses, and the mod system means a community can supply what the developer has not yet. The iOS listing is a week old with no ratings; the Android one carries the record. Prices in the game are in rupees, real prices do not exist.
