There is nothing to cancel: the Hay Day Farm Pass is a one-time purchase for a single season, not a subscription, so it does not renew and no money leaves your account when the season ends. If you are seeing a charge you did not expect, it is either the pass you bought for this season — $4.99, or $11.99 with the Party and Festival passes, as of September 2026 — or something else on your Apple or Google account. The steps below confirm that nothing is recurring, and then cover the one thing you can actually do: ask for a refund, which Supercell allows once per account for a season pass.

Before you start

Three facts from Supercell's own support pages decide everything that follows.

The Farm Pass in Hay Day is bought per season. Supercell's Farm Pass article says it "can be acquired anytime during the season" and describes three types — Farm Pass, Party Pass and Festival Pass — that "can be purchased individually, or you can purchase all three as a bundle." Nowhere does it describe a subscription, a renewal or a recurring charge. Perks earned on the paid road last "until the end of the season," and then the season is over.

Refunds for in-game purchases go through different doors depending on the device. Supercell's refund article states that its support team "can only help you with a refund for purchases made on the Supercell Store or for in-game purchases made with Google Pay." A purchase made on an iPhone or iPad is refunded by Apple, not by Supercell.

And a season pass is refundable "only once per account lifetime" — Hay Day is on the list of games that rule applies to, alongside Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Boom Beach and Brawl Stars.

So the job is not to cancel. It is to check that nothing is renewing, and if the purchase was a mistake, to ask for the money back before you use what it bought.

Step 1. Confirm there is no subscription on your account

The Farm Pass cannot renew, but other things on the same account can, and a charge labelled Hay Day or Supercell is easy to misread. Check the subscription list on the device the pass was bought with.

On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions. Every active and expired subscription on the Apple account is listed there. Hay Day should not appear, because it sells no subscriptions; if a Supercell game does appear, that is a different product from a different game.

On Android: open the Play Store → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. The same rule applies — Hay Day should not be in the list.

If the list is empty of anything from Supercell, you have confirmed what the support pages say: the pass was a single purchase and it will not bill again.

Step 2. Find the charge you are actually looking at

Open the purchase history on the same device — on iPhone, Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History; on Android, Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history. The Hay Day entry will be one of: a Farm Pass at $4.99, the three-pass bundle at $11.99, an Early Bird Bundle sold only during the first three days of a season, or a diamond pack from the $1.99 to $39.99 ladder.

If the entry is a pass, it bought this season's paid road and nothing beyond it. If it is diamonds, that was a separate purchase and not related to the pass at all.

Step 3. If the purchase was a mistake, ask for a refund — before using it

Supercell lists four valid reasons: accidental purchases, unauthorised purchases, multiple charges, and game bugs that affected the purchase. Two invalid ones: fraudulent card use, and Supercell withdrawing a game from a region.

On Android, or for a Supercell Store purchase: open Hay Day → Settings → Help and Support → tap the button in the top right of the screen to contact support, and ask for the refund with the reason. An approved refund can take up to 10 business days.

On iPhone or iPad: Supercell cannot process it. Go to Apple's report-a-problem page from your Apple account, find the Hay Day purchase and request the refund there. Apple decides, on its own terms.

Do not spend the pass first. Supercell's refund page recommends "not spending or activating your purchased items," and warns that if you have already used them, the diamond value is removed from the account — which can leave a negative diamond balance that has to be earned back before you can spend again.

And remember the once-per-lifetime rule: a second season pass refund on the same account will be declined.

If it does not work

The charge repeats next month. Then it is not the Farm Pass. Go back to Step 1 — a genuinely recurring charge will be in the Subscriptions list of the Apple or Google account, and it is cancelled there, not in the game.

Support says the pass has been used. Perks collected from the paid road count as use. The refund may be declined or converted to a negative diamond balance; Supercell's article is explicit that a refund after activation is given "only in very specific cases."

You bought it on one platform and play on another. The refund goes to whichever store took the money. A pass bought on an iPad and used on an Android phone through Supercell ID is still an Apple purchase.

The season ended and the rewards are gone. That is how the pass works: it expires with the season, and the next season is a new purchase. Nothing was cancelled and nothing continued.

Bottom line

You cannot cancel the Hay Day Farm Pass because it never renews — it is $4.99 for one season and stops on its own. Check the Subscriptions list on your Apple or Google account to prove that to yourself, and if the purchase was accidental, ask for the refund through Supercell on Android or through Apple on iPhone, before you collect anything from the paid road. You get that refund once per account, so make sure it is the one you mean.

Frequently asked questions

1

How do I cancel my Hay Day Farm Pass subscription?

There is no subscription to cancel. The Farm Pass is bought once per season and expires when the season ends, according to Supercell's support pages. Check Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone or the Play Store's Subscriptions list on Android to confirm nothing from Hay Day is recurring.

2

Does the Hay Day Farm Pass auto-renew?

No. Supercell describes it as a purchase that 'can be acquired anytime during the season,' with Perks that last until the season ends. The next season's pass is a separate purchase at $4.99 as of September 2026.

3

Can I get a refund for the Hay Day Farm Pass?

Once per account, for a valid reason such as an accidental purchase. On Android, contact Supercell through Settings → Help and Support inside the game; on iPhone, request it from Apple, because Supercell cannot refund Apple purchases. Do it before using the pass.

4

What does the Hay Day Farm Pass cost?

As of September 2026, $4.99 for the Farm Pass alone or $11.99 bundled with the Party Pass and Festival Pass. An Early Bird Bundle is sold only during the first three days of a season and adds barn and silo capacity for that season.
