Domino's official US app handles delivery, carryout and Carside Delivery, then follows the order in Domino's Tracker, which gained AI-based ready times in March 2026. Domino's Rewards pays a flat 10 points for any order of $5 or more, one order a day, so a 20-point item comes every second order. The catch: since the summer 2026 redesign, many recent reviews report checkout errors telling them to call the store.
Specs come from the official store listings and were last checked on 2026-10-01. Developers change pricing and requirements — check the store page before installing.
Any order of $5 or more earns 10 points, counting tax, delivery charge and coupon discounts but not tips or donations. Only one order per calendar day earns, and points stay pending for about 48 hours, occasionally up to 96. Rewards cost 20, 40 or 60 points, with 60 covering a medium two-topping pizza, and only one reward fits in each order. Points expire after 180 days without earning or redeeming. Phone and in-store orders can be claimed online within 30 days, one such claim per 30 days. The flat rate favors small orders: a $6 order and a $60 order earn the same 10 points, while Pizza Hut's Hut Rewards gives 10 points per dollar on eligible items.
The Tracker has followed more than 2.5 billion orders since 2008, and the March 24, 2026 update cut it to four stages: placed, make, deliver or pick up, and a closing "mmm!" step. Ready times now come from DomOS, the company's proprietary operating system, which blends staff inputs with machine-learning estimates. A tap opens the oven time, the moment the driver left, a GPS map and a car progress bar. Live Activities, announced for iOS users, put those stages on the Lock Screen. A September 2026 Play review counters that the stages now jump from ordered to ready, making pickups harder to time, and several others say quoted delivery times ran long.
The builder offers six crusts: Hand Tossed, Crunchy Thin, New York Style, Gluten Free, Handmade Pan and Parmesan Stuffed Crust. The single-serve Domino, a Detroit-style pan pizza with up to three toppings cut into two slices, joined the menu on August 31, 2026. Store screenshots show a Mix and Match deal at $6.99 per item, Parmesan Stuffed Crust at $4 extra, and separate National Deals and Your Store's Deals tabs, since prices run higher at some locations. Since the summer 2026 redesign, reviewers say item and topping prices stay hidden until checkout, order history shows only recent items, and deals sometimes fail with a "technical error" or a prompt to call the store. Prices are regional and may change.
Delivery charges and delivery minimums are set by each local store, so the same order can cost differently a few miles apart; one September 2026 reviewer reported a $7 charge before tip. Tips are entered separately and do not count toward the $5 points threshold. Reward redemptions still pay tax and the delivery charge, and most face the store's delivery minimum. Carryout avoids the fee: Carside Delivery brings a prepaid online order to your car, identified by its color, make and model, from 4 to 9 p.m. at participating stores, and some locations offer a Pickup Window. Fees may change.

We score Domino's Pizza USA 6.3: Rewards pay a free item every second $5 order, and the Tracker with AI ready times plus Carside Delivery remain its strongest parts. The summer 2026 redesign drags it down with hidden prices and a run of reviews about failed checkouts. Take it if you order small and often from one store. Skip it if you place one big weekly order, need a checkout that works tonight, or mind purchase data feeding ad partners.

Six. Each order of $5 or more earns 10 points, a medium two-topping pizza costs 60, and only one order per calendar day counts, so the fastest route takes six separate days. At 20 or 40 points you can take a smaller item instead, one reward per order. Terms may change.
Yes, on delivery orders. Since the March 2026 update, a tap in the Tracker shows when the order went into the oven, when the driver left, a GPS map and a car progress bar. iPhone users also get Live Activities on the Lock Screen, though reviewers still report delivery estimates running late.
It depends on the store. Each Domino's location sets its own delivery charge and delivery minimum, listed at checkout before you pay; one September 2026 reviewer reported $7 before tip. The tip is added separately and does not count toward points. Carryout and Carside Delivery avoid the delivery charge. Fees are regional and may change.
Deleting a Domino's Profile is processed within 24–48 hours and removes order history and saved details. Sharing for cross-context ads stops through the privacy policy's opt-out form or a Global Privacy Control signal. Franchise stores keep their own privacy policies, so ask the local store about its data. In 2024 the company logged 57,372 deletion requests.
For points, use the Domino's app: Rewards run only on the chain's own website and app. DoorDash has listed Domino's nationwide since May 2025, with Domino's own drivers delivering, and DashPass at $9.99 a month removes delivery fees on eligible orders. The Pizza Hut app is the closest rival, paying 10 Hut Rewards points per dollar, including phone and in-store orders.
