Free shipping is an app perk, not a store-wide rule: the Fanatics ONE terms grant it on eligible app orders at every tier, and the listing says order minimums apply without naming a figure. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days in the lower 48 states and 7–14 to Alaska, Hawaii or a PO box; paid two-day or next-day service shortens transit, not processing. Most items can go back within 365 days if unworn with tags, but Trusted Partner items get 30 days, and up to $9.99 is deducted per return unless the error was the store's, you use a Happy Returns drop-off or you take an e-gift card. Refunds post 2–7 business days after the item arrives.

FanCash Under Fanatics ONE: 1% at Entry, 5% From ONE Gold

Since Fanatics ONE launched in August 2025, the FanCash rate on app purchases depends on tier: 1% for ONE Member, 3% for ONE Member Pro at 1,000 tier points and 5% from ONE Gold at 25,000. The September 2026 terms award 10 tier points per $2.50 spent, so Gold takes about $6,250 of merchandise in a calendar year. Each FanCash dollar spends as a dollar, but not on shipping or tax. Earned FanCash expires 365 days after your last qualifying purchase, promotional FanCash after 7 days, and returns claw back what they earned. The balance also covers tickets, Fanatics Collect cards, and bonus bets or casino credits in the separate Sportsbook & Casino app.

Custom Jerseys, Jersey Assurance and Hologram-Backed Memorabilia

Personalization allows up to 12 characters, and a customized item is final sale: it cannot be canceled, changed or returned. That also rules it out of Jersey Assurance, which replaces a player jersey free if that active pro changes teams by trade or free agency within 90 days of purchase; claims are due within 14 days of the move, and retirement, injury and autographed jerseys are excluded. The company cites more than 900 global partners, and Fanatics Authentic autographs carry an individually numbered, tamper-evident hologram checked through FanSecure. Trading cards, game-used and vintage items cannot be returned. Topps, whose cards fill the app's collectibles page, belongs to the same group.

18+ Rating, Gambling Labels and Location Used for Ads

The App Store rates the app 18+, notes simulated gambling and lists Gambling and Advertising under Contains; Google Play rates it Mature 17+ with a Contains ads badge, and the privacy policy bars users under 18. The Games tab runs free contests such as Survivor, Touchdown Pick'em, 5Daily and a daily FanCash Shuffle. Apple's label says location, search history and identifiers may be used to track you across other companies' apps, and Play's Data safety lists precise location collected for advertising. The policy also describes session-replay recording and data exchange across the Fanatics family for marketing. Of the 199 newest English Play reviews, from May 7 to September 30, 2026, 81 give one or two stars; nine describe a login loop or a blocking age-verification screen.
