About Vampir

VAMPIR is not out in the West yet. Netmarble's vampire MMORPG — five classes, no healers, blood-drinking for heals and buffs, large-scale faction wars and diamonds that drop from hunting — launched in Korea in August 2025 and Japan in July 2026, and opened global pre-registration on August 26, 2026 for iOS, Android and PC with cross-platform play. The App Store shows October 29, 2026 as expected; Netmarble has not confirmed a date. The listing already declares the model: free, loot boxes, diamonds from $2.99 to $64.99, items to $209.99 on Google Play.

VAMPIR: Netmarble's Vampire MMORPG, Pre-Registering for a Date the Store Guesses

What Netmarble Has Actually Announced

The game exists and is playable — just not here. Netmarble Neo's VAMPIR launched in South Korea in August 2025, expanded to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau in March 2026 and to Japan in July, and on August 26, 2026 Netmarble opened global pre-registration on the App Store, Google Play, its brand site and the Epic Games Store for the Western release, with cross-platform play between phone and PC. The App Store pre-order page lists October 29, 2026 as the expected date, but Netmarble's announcement names no date, so the store's figure is the store's until the publisher says otherwise. The listing shows version 1.12.14 — the live Korean build — a 3.41 GB iOS download on iOS 15, an Android 11 floor, four languages and an 18+ rating. Until the global servers open, this page has no score, no pros and cons, and no specifications beyond the listing.

Five Classes, No Healers, and Blood as the Resource

The design is Netmarble's Lineage-style MMO with a vampire coat of paint and a few real changes. There are five classes — Bloodstained, Carnage, Akasha, Grim Reaper and Viper in the screenshots — and no healer among them: everyone deals damage and heals by drinking blood, which also buffs combat. Large-scale battles and territory wars between factions are the endgame. The description promises a world forged from blood, horror and sexuality, a safe upgrade system where losers of the reshuffling competitions still walk away with rewards, and an economy built on diamond farming fields and a crafting-and-trading resource called Trinity, stated plainly: free players grow by how hard they grind, paying players by how much they invest. Auto-progress dialogue and an auto-battle HUD appear in the screenshots. No Western outlet has reviewed the Korean or Japanese servers in the sources we checked, so the combat is described here, not judged.

Diamonds to $64.99, Packages to $209.99, Loot Boxes — Declared Before Launch

The pre-order listing already prices the economy. The App Store lists diamonds at 320 for $2.99 up to 7,200 for $64.99 and numbered Vampir Packages from $2.99 to $64.99; Google Play's range runs from $0.99 to $209.99; Apple flags Loot Boxes, and Google's card lists personal and financial info plus five other types collected, with device IDs shared with third parties. There is no advertising badge. The description's own line — paying players grow by how much they invest — is the honest version of the pay-to-progress model Netmarble's MMOs run on. The iOS build is 3.41 GB on iOS 15 or later; Android needs 11. Prices on a pre-order page are provisional and regional. When the Western servers open, this page gets the buttons, a full review of how the economy treats a free player, and a score; there is nothing to score in a game you cannot yet log into.

Release information as announced by Global pre-registration since August 26, 2026; App Store expected October 29, 2026 (unconfirmed by Netmarble); live in Korea (Aug 2025), Taiwan (Mar 2026), Japan (Jul 2026). Checked 2026-09-21.

Frequently asked questions

1

Can you play VAMPIR offline?

No, and there is no version of the question that changes: it is an MMORPG with faction wars, trading and a live economy, playable only on Netmarble's servers. The Korean, Taiwanese and Japanese servers are live; the Western ones are not. This page will confirm the details from the global build once it exists.

2

Is VAMPIR free?

Free to download with in-app purchases. The pre-order page already lists diamonds from $2.99 to $64.99 and packages to $64.99 on the App Store, items to $209.99 on Google Play, and loot boxes flagged by Apple; Netmarble's own description says paying players grow by how much they invest. Prices before launch are provisional and vary by region.

3

Is there a VAMPIR APK?

Only the Korean, Taiwanese and Japanese builds, which are region-locked and need accounts from those regions; APK files offered as a global version are repackaged regional builds or fakes. The official routes are Google Play and App Store pre-registration, the Epic Games Store for PC, and Netmarble's VAMPIR site.

4

Can you play VAMPIR with friends?

Yes, by design — it is a faction MMO built around large-scale battles and territory wars, and the screenshots' own captions say victory cannot be won alone. Cross-platform play between iOS, Android and PC via the Epic Games Store is announced for the global version, so friends on phone and PC share servers.

5

When does VAMPIR release globally?

No confirmed date. Netmarble opened pre-registration on August 26, 2026 and said the launch in additional regions is upcoming; the App Store shows October 29, 2026 as expected, which is the store's placeholder rather than a publisher announcement. The VAMPIR brand site and Netmarble's channels are where a date will appear first.
